TLGV Snow Cancellation Policy

The decision to cancel meetings due to inclement weather will be made at least 2 hours prior to the meeting time.  Call 860-774-3300 to confirm if a meeting is being held.  Cancellations will also be posted on this page of TLGV's website.  The answering machine and website can be updated from remote locations and the information will be available at least 2 hours prior to the meeting even if the office is not open that time of day.  We regret that the large numbers of people involved in our meetings prevent us from making individual calls to participants.

Meetings will not be automatically rescheduled.  If there is a pressing agenda, participants will be contacted regarding a rescheduled meeting.  Otherwise, all Board, committee and subcommittee meetings will resume at their next regularly scheduled day and time.
